Custom Injection Molding Services

At ZYXrubber, we specialize in providing top-quality injection molding services for custom rubber and plastic products. Our team of experts is committed to delivering superior molding solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.

Plastic Injection Molding:
Plastic injection molding is a widely used manufacturing process for producing plastic parts and products in large quantities. This process involves injecting molten plastic material into a mold cavity under high pressure and temperature, where it cools and solidifies into the desired shape. Our proprietary process for molding plastics is capable of producing bespoke prototypes and end-use production parts with turnaround times that can be as short as three days.

Rubber injection molding:
Rubber injection molding is a manufacturing process used to produce a variety of rubber parts and products. This process involves injecting a rubber material into a mold cavity under high pressure and temperature, where it is then cured or solidified into the desired shape.

Liquid silicone injection molding:
Liquid silicone injection molding is a manufacturing process used to produce a wide range of silicone rubber parts and products. This process involves injecting a liquid silicone material into a mold cavity under high pressure, where it is then cured or solidified into the desired shape. Our molding process for liquid silicone rubber (LSR) is also capable of producing bespoke prototypes and end-use production parts but with a turnaround time of 15 days or less.

Insert molding:
Insert molding including metal insert molding and plastic insert molding, is the process of integrating metal or other components within molded rubber or plastic materials to create a strong and durable final product. Our team uses only the highest quality materials and advanced manufacturing techniques to ensure that each insert molded part we produce meets your exact specifications.

Overmolding injection molding:
Overmolding injection molding is the process of combining two or more materials together to create a final product that is both strong and flexible. This process is ideal for creating complex shapes and designs that require multiple layers of materials.  Whether you need over-molded parts for automotive, aerospace, medical, or other industries, ZYXrubber has the expertise and resources to deliver exactly what you need.
