It is suitable for use in temperatures ranging from -15° F to +400° F, intermittent to +500° F. It also has excellent resistance to oil and fuel, making it a popular choice for use in the automotive and aerospace industries.


Natural Rubber

Natural rubber is a naturally occurring elastomer obtained from the sap of rubber trees. It has excellent elasticity and mechanical properties, making it a popular choice for use in the manufacturing of seals. It has outstanding flexibility and stretchability, excellent resilience, high resistance to abrasion and tearing, compression set, and moldability. It also has good resistance to water and can operate effectively in temperatures ranging from -60° F to +175° F.
 
However, natural rubber has limited resistance to chemicals, oils, and fuels, which may limit its use in certain applications. Additionally, it may degrade over time due to exposure to ozone and UV radiation, which may affect its performance in outdoor applications.

Butyl Rubber
