Raw material inspection

Raw Material Incoming Inspection (100% Check)

Verify material certificates (RoHS/REACH/FDA) from suppliers; test key properties (Mooney viscosity, specific gravity); reject batches with deviations2%.Why it matters: Prevents material defects that cause seal failure in extreme environments (e.g., high-temperature industrial settings).
Sample production and testing

Sample production and testing

Before commencing mass production, we ensure that the customized samples meet the customer s stringent technical requirements. This includes testing the dimensional accuracy of the samples, performing a compression set test (ASTM D395), and verifying compatibility with the customer s intended media (oil, chemicals, etc.).
In-Process Sampling Inspection

In-Process Sampling Inspection

Take samples every 2 hours during production; check hardness, surface finish, and tolerance. Pause production if 1 sample fails, and conduct root-cause analysis. Why it matters: Catches issues early, avoiding large batches of non-conforming products.
Final Inspection & Delivery​

Final Inspection & Delivery​

We ensure that every batch of products delivered meets quality standards and customer requirements. All finished products undergo 100% visual inspection, and a random sample of 2% is re-measured; this ensures 100% compliance with customer drawings (CAD/STEP files). A batch test report will be provided.
