1, Rubber Extrusion Line (IATF 16949 Certified)
Our nine advanced extrusion production lines handle custom profiles with cross-sections ranging from 0.5mm to 200mm. Provide extruded product manufacturing, including rubber extrusion, rubber co-extrusion, sponge extrusion, and plastic extrusion. Equipped with real-time diameter monitoring systems, they ensure tolerance control within ±0.1mm—critical for automotive and industrial sealing applications. Annual capacity reaches 8 million meters of extruded products, with 40% directly supplied to North American clients.
2, Rubber Molded Components Workshop (Rubber Vulcanizing Press Machine)
25 set automated compression molding presses (100-500 tons) support high-precision molding of complex rubber compression molding parts. also have rubber injection machines. It can meet the diverse needs of customers across different market sectors. The workshop operates 24/7 with temperature-humidity control (23±2°C, 50±5% RH) to maintain material consistency. We’ve optimized cycle times to 2-8 minutes per mold, enabling 100,000+ molded parts monthly.
3, Quality Testing Laboratory (FDA/RoHS Compliant)
We test all raw materials and finished products according to international, industry, and national standards, and specific customer requirements. Guangdong Zhongxiang New Materials Quality Testing Laboratory provides both physical property testing and chemical composition analysis. It is equipped with a Moving Die Rheometer, a Mooney Viscometer, a tensile strength tester (compliant with ASTM D412), an Aging Oven, a low-temperature flexibility tester (-60°C), and a chemical resistance test chamber. Each batch of raw materials and finished products undergoes at least 8 tests, including hardness (Shore A/D hardness), elongation at break, and aging resistance testing (150°C, 1000 hours), hardness, density, tensile strength, compression set, tension set, ozone resistance, corrosivity, and low-temperature flexibility. All shipments to Europe and the USA are accompanied by the corresponding test reports.
4, Raw Material Warehouse (Batch Traceability System)
We stock 30+ premium rubber materials, thermoplastic elastomers, and plastics, including EPDM, silicone rubber, CR, NBR, FKM, TPV, TPE, PVC, and nylon, sourced primarily from reputable suppliers such as LANXESS (Germany), DuPont (USA), Mitsui (Japan), Shin-Etsu (Japan), and domestic manufacturers with proven quality standards. Each batch of material is labeled with a unique identifier, enabling full traceability from receipt to delivery. We guarantee that all raw materials used in our factory are 100% new materials and comply with RoHS directives. Upon customer requirements, we can also provide customized formulations compounding for specific applications, such as flame-retardant, low-smoke, halogen-free, or food-grade rubber materials.

- Cut to length: We can provide continuous lengths of extruded profiles or cut them to specific lengths as per customer requirements.
- Drilling/hole punching/ grooving: We can drill holes, cut grooves, and create special-shaped slots in extruded products (such as door seal strips).
- Splicing: Some applications require bonding the ends of extruded rubber or plastic sealing strips to form an O-ring, or cutting and joining the ends of plastic or rubber gaskets at a specific angle to create a visually appealing corner joint (90-degree right-angle frame). We offer two joining methods: cold bonding and heat vulcanization. The joining process ensures the strength of the connection.
- Adhesive backing: We offer pressure-sensitive adhesive (PSA) and heat-activated adhesive tape systems (HATS) for use in sealing profiles, gaskets, decorative trims, and weatherstrips, meeting specific functional requirements.
- Rubber corners: splicing corner, molded, or injection-molded corners.
- Bonding rubber to metal: We supply businesses and industrial manufacturers with custom rubber-to-metal bonded parts, including vibration isolators, seals, and other products. We offer a wide range of rubber materials bonded to metal components to meet specific customer needs.
- Finishing capabilities: We offer various coating finished technologies, applying a coating layer to the surface of products (such as polyurethane sliding coatings or Teflon coatings) to enhance wear resistance, aging resistance, and durability, while effectively reducing noise.
- Color matching: From raw material selection and colorant management to mass production, strict quality control and testing procedures are implemented to ensure that the products meet the required standards and aesthetic requirements, and maintain consistent color across all applications and environments.
