| Description | In locking window seals, the locking key (also known as a locking strip or filler strip) is an important auxiliary component in the two-piece lock strip gasket glazing systems, which is used to lock the installation of fixed windows or windshields. After the seal body panel and window glass or plexiglass window are installed in place, the lock key is inserted into the dedicated groove in the seal body, causing it to mechanically expand and form a compression fit, which firmly locks the glass into the window frame to forming a tight, durable, and weather-resistant seal. Locking gasket & locking strips are typically EPDM dense rubber extrusions, which can effectively withstand a variety of harsh environments and have excellent resistance to ozone, water absorption, sunlight aging, extreme temperatures, and general weathering, ensuring the life and sealing performance. Guangdong Zhongxiang specializes in providing customized lock gaskets and sealing solutions based on the unique needs of businesses, OEMs, and industrial applications. |
